The girls at this store on 3/20/23 at approx. 530, are ridiculously rude. My daughter tried getting help for her locked phone and they wouldn't help her. I have had tmobile for ever and have never been treated this way. If you cannot help with a smile then get out of customer service. They sent her to Apple just brushed her off with no concern... if I could give no stars I would.

Ricky is awesome! 5 stars for Ricky. The photos in the store all stare at you the whole time you are there. It is unsettling. If i was reviewing that it would not be 5 stars.
Back to Ricky and his awesomeness. We took my wife's phone in. It was literally (figuratively) erupting with transdimensional arachnids like a volcano of orange soda due to a confluence of fed and alien malware and tracking ware. Ricky did the the things and the stuff. None of which worked, but he kept at it and brought in appropriate back up. They tried the same things and stuff, which did not work. Then Ricky figured it out and started to tell us the working things and stuff and the voice on the phone continued right behind Ricky with the working solution echoing what Ricky was saying. Ricky won that race and put up with a number of shenanigans while doing so and maintaining his composure and professionalism. If i was hiring for a business that his expertise would be appropriate for, i'd have tried to poach him for my business right then and there.

I'm disappointed heavily at this store.I came in to surrender my iPhone 13 since ordering the new iPhone 14 Pro. When the agent that helped me, she removed the sim tray and discovered that the water damage sticker had some red to it. I'm not sure how since the phone has been in a case and kept away from water and steam.I go to the Apple Store down the mall a bit and check in to have a Genius look at it. They tore apart the phone and discovered that it was not water damage at all. The white sticker water damage sticker was fully intact, but some red can be seem due to the thinness of it.I asked the T-Mobile agent even if I had certified papers from Apple if they would accept it, and they refused and referred me to call customer care instead.I took my losses and bought direct from Apple instead. Do yourself a favor and buy direct.
