        This company or organization is a joke. I get COVID happened but things have progressed passed COVID being the reason resources are limited. I scheduled a phone status appointment 2 weeks out, just to check the status of a claim in which the allotted time them gave me was (15 mins) and the call never came. I had to make another appointment, in which the wait time now is 3 weeks. If I could give this organization 0 stars out of 5 I would. The communication between the VSOs/vets needs to be greatly improved.

        I went in for needed copies of lab work that I needed for continued disability. I obtained the documents from the medical records department with in 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly and they gave me information on how to access my files so I would not have to travel more than 50 miles again to obtain information. Love my VA! Thank you all.
