We bought a house that already has a water softener in it and I had no idea how it worked or general maintenance. I began having issues with flooding and a tube popping off. after several attempts to fix it I was connected to Basin water solutions, even though this is not their specific product Brian was VERY knowledgeable and patient. he explained how to take care of the water softener in detail and was able to fix the problem. He was extremely kind and had everything we needed. I will continue to recommend this company because of our experience with Brian. He came out the very next day that we called him (but was willing to come the day we called). He stayed until the problem was resolved and was very thorough in his work. highly recommend them over other companies. very happy with the service we were given.

Joey, David, and Kelly are terrific. We have not interacted with other employees, but I am sure Joey would only hire other terrific employees.

Very hard to talk to anyone at this company. Took about 3 tries to finally have any actually come out and give me a quote. After I decided to purchase they were very helpful. They left mud all over my garage when they were done. 2 months later tried to order more filters. Called the company and again horrible service was told they would call me back because they had to answer the other line. You’re already on the phone with a customer?

After the recent ICEPOCOLYPSE of Feb 2021 in Texas our cheap and old water softener finally kicked the bucket. I found Basin Water Solutions online and they were very straightforward and fast. The new unit has been running for a week so far and we have had no issues. Install was friendly and done in under 2 hours. Keep up the good work!
