I have depended on Polar Bexar Air Conditioning for many years for maintenance of my heating/air unit. They have always been professional, dependable, knowledgeable and prompt. They take the time to explain to me what they are doing and why. I don't understand the other reviews, maybe they were meant for another similar sounding company??? If you are in need, do yourself a favor and check them out; I recommend them wholeheartedly! Services: HVAC maintenance, Cleaning, Thermostat installation, AC maintenance

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!.. If you want rude, unprofessional service you found the place.... Technician came to "fix" our AC, never knocked on the door or rang our doorbell. We had to call to ask what was going on, he said "it was fixed", had tried to let us know but we "weren't at home"... We were here all afternoon watching a movie in plain sight of the front door. The" fix" wasn't and he had to return the next day, four hours late.... He was going to call us with an update after the service, no call, we call the next morning to ask what is going on, very rude - "I've got thirty calls... and if you want another company, fine".... Had to call the insurance company to get an update, he never filed a report.... What a disaster of customer service!!

They repaired my A/C and collected the service fee in cash for my home warranty and then lied to the warranty company and said they never received it and it was actually the owner that came out to my house. Horrible people to own a business .
