Complete Comfort Control is a dishonest, non professional, and lacks integrity. They were sent to service my HVAC by a Home Warranty Company took pictures, and did nothing. Reported to HW that unit did not meet specifications which is outright dishonest. The hvac was installed as a package unit new per the manufacturer specifications by a license contractor. The Technician NEVER said anything nor put in a write up any of this information. His dishonesty, lack of technical knowledge left me to spend time following a Home Warranty appeals process claim and providing the correct specifications of the manufacturer package unit. Recommend NOT TO USE this Company..... Service: HVAC repair

They didn’t even deserve one star, I was recommended by my warranty company in January 2019 Be careful the technician will over charge you and say its more issues than what it is. to put money in his pocket. He tried to say the problem with my a/c wasn’t covered but I knew it was I call the home warranty right in front of him on speaker, he tried to change the diagnosis.I called him a liar and refused his service. Also they lack communication they do not know how to answer there phone and the customer service really sucks! I wouldn’t recommend using this company to no one

RUN when you see the company name Complete Comfort Air. Paid for service, the tech Johnny said that the part was on order, but it never was. When he first came he had an attitude, was very rude, very unprofessional. Bad Business... I have reported them to the BBB

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them zero stars I would. The home warranty company assigned them to us. While the tech was here he was late but friendly, diagnosed the issue and said he was recommending replacement of a control board that was not functioning properly. The home warranty company then called us back and said they were denying the claim because of a “pest issue, the tech saw rat droppings in your oven†and “oven installed in an area too small.†We absolutely do NOT have a pest issue, and have never seen a single critter besides an occasional fly that sneaks into the house. If the tech saw anything it was a few bits of charred cheese that fell off the pizza we were cooking the night before. I’m also attaching a picture here of their claim that the area is too small- it was professionally installed, and ventilation is clearly not an issue- complete garbage reasoning and the tech didn’t even say either of these things while he was here.

Came to my home diagnosed the problem and gave me my options, repair verses replacement etc. We decided to replace the system and Kerry with Neili’s help were true wizards at getting the job done before the July 4th holiday weekend. Highly recommended.
