T-Mobile

Sad to see this store is closed. The management (Brian) and his team were amazing and I never had an issue with them. They will be missed around here. I wish then luck where ever they go!

This T- mobile is The Best! Hands down! Brian the manager helped me with my upgrade and transfer to a new phone and I cannot say enough good things about Brian and his customer service. Haven and Jordan- also - same thing! All 3 very hardworking. All 3 surpassed my expectations! I've had good and bad experiences with this store over the past 5-6? Years ....but I hope these 3 outstanding individuals will be here a long Long time ! Now I'm spoiled and I experienced - Old school Outstanding customer service. :) Really. :) Thank you T-mobile and the team here at the Hewitt store. :)

Switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and the representative in this particular store was very helpful. They were patient and professional throughout the process.

My roommate and I have recently purchased phones from T -Mobile. We were very pleased with our initial rep who is no longer there. We were so lucky to have the manager Brian and Haven there to help us out. Our phones were acting up due to to many apps. We didn't know how to use our own phones. Haven and Brian were both so nice. They took our phones and cleaned up all the unnecessary apps and put the apps in a convenient format for easy use. Brian even discounted a portion of our bill due to prorating issues and phone acting up due to "users" not T mobile...lol. The folks there are very Tech savvy. Thank you Haven and Brian for all your help and making us very happy. John W.
