        I needed an oral surgeon. They told me they had one on staff. That was a lie. Instead of addressing the problem I came there for they wanted to do other work in my mouth. As the customer, I had to tell them to stop. They finally admitted that they did not have an oral surgeon anywhere within 50 Mi of their location. Giving me an appointment was their way of upselling me. Extremely disappointing. Will never return there.

        The receptionist took time to explain the insurance plan as I have no dental insurance. The hygienist is great! She’s very personable and diligent. The dentist came in for a consult even though that wasn’t the plan.
