Jose took photos of our graduation ceremony at Baylor Law. Afterward, I contacted him to see whether we would be able to purchase digital copies of the photos. He said we would and they would be available in a couple of days on the website.
Several days went by with no digital purchase option. I called him a couple days later to ask whether digital copies would still be a purchase option. I left him a couple messages over a few weeks. I sent him emails. He never responded to me.
My undergrad graduation had digital copies available for us right away. Jose could at least have the courtesy to respond to customers trying to pay good money for his services. I would not recommend a photographer who does not respond to customers. Nor would I recommend someone who won’t allow customers to buy digital copies of graduation photos. This is the 21st century, and people want to cherish these memories and share them with their online communities.
