Sounded like a block party outside our door throughout the night and the beds were like a slab of concrete. Showers water pressure was not much more than a drizzle out of the shower head. Only thing that this place has going for it is the inside dining area that you can see in the picture. Be wise and spend an extra 30 or 40 bucks and go to a holiday inn.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. We booked a room in November 2012 for an Oct. 2013 stay. On Oct 5, the hotel called and cancelled our reservations with NO EXPLANATION. Of course, this is during Baylor Homecoming weekend and there are no hotel rooms to be found in Waco, Bellmead, etc. When we called to discuss issues with the manager they dodged our phone calls. The parent company, Choice Hotel, was of no help. Being close to campus is nice, but we will NEVER book with this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their rooms aren't that nice, the staff is not at all friendly and the food options are terrible. We put up with it b/c of the location, but it is not worth it. Avoid at all costs. Booking with them wont' guarantee you a stay.
