        I have been an AFLAC customer for many years. It is a good company, and I know they take care of their customers, because Ive dealt with them on a cancer matter. Well, I had to make a change in my banking info and needed to speak to a person to get the change made, but due to Covid (I guess) getting through to them by phone, was a bit of a hassle. So..I decided to find an agent that I could personally speak to. I looked online and Mr. Pyles ad popped up, and he had good reviews, so I walked into his office ( him not knowing me and I not knowing him) and asked for some help to get the solution I needed. Mr. Michael Pyle was very helpful in contacting AFLAC for me and getting my business straight with them. Even though I interrupted his schedule, he graciously tended to me. I appreciate him being so kind in getting my problem solved, and in a timely manner. If you are looking for an AFLAC agent, I think you should give him a call! Thanks, Mr. Pyle! Sincerely, Carol Webb
