Let’s be clear: Alan Rhea Farmers Insurance is just about the worst insurance agent and agency you’ll ever have the misfortune of meeting. He inherited the business from his father three decades ago, and has steadily coasted from mediocrity to incompetence ever since. Rhea is unresponsive, ethically challenged and overpriced. His firm consistently fails to follow through on its word regarding customers’ concerns and complaints. Everyone in Waco and surrounding areas knows Rhea is a joke. Purchase elsewhere, so you can be sure to save yourself the frustration, the dashed expectations of competence and the lost time involved in dealing with this agent. Farmers should be ashamed.
