I asked for lawn service. I went with the price but they told me they would add mulch to my flower bed but they never did. They charged me three times for services I never received. I have called them repeatedly and asked for my money back and nothing has happened. DO NOT USE THEM or PAY CASH ONLY. I did get a call from Jeff. He said he would refund my money. I appreciate him calling and fixing the money they took without services. The service they did was good, but the only complaint I had was the 3 extra charges with no service. I felt the pricing and appointment availability was fair for lawn aeration. I did have to reschedule once and I understand what that’s like as a small business owner myself. Responses became very sporadic and the day they were supposed to show at 8, no call/text/nothing until I texted several times, over an hour & a half later. I’d marked off my sprinklers in my lawn as the mowing crew comes on Thursdays. The owner stated a crew member possibly had Covid so they were running behind. I get that too, but it’s really unprofessional to not give a heads up. I am understanding to a person being ill, and protecting employees from Covid...totally do, it’s just rude to not let someone know until well afterwards, therefore I went with a higher priced service who will mow & aerate.

Used to do business with this company then they started not showing up consistently. They called this year in response to an Angies list request so we decided to try again. Didn’t show up so my son called. He said they would be by this past Monday and again did not show. Very unreliable.

As I was driving through my local neighborhood, I saw your companies truck. As I drove past, the workers flipped me off when I waved friendly. What such distaste and quality in humans. I would never support a company that employs people of such low caliber.
