        They helped me when I was in need of help. These people are great! I forgot their names but a man and woman took care of me on April 4 2024. Both very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable! Very patient with me also as I wasn't prepared when I came in! Thanks! - Sally

        They don't work with you and will call and call and expect you to pay the first day it becomes due! They dont give you time to even get up to make a payment. Dont recommend going here once i pay off my loan i will not return. -waco location on new road-

        Don't know who the new lady is. What I do know is she is very rude. My mind went blank when she asked for my phone number. As she stated that was the only way she could look me up. Apparently she had to reverify all my personal info again. Today was not my 1st payment. Never had this issue before. Upon leaving thebdoor was locked. I turned to look at her. She had some little remote in her hand. She unlocked it and in a firm voice tells me to push it open. Yes I did tell her she never shouldve locked me in. Never doing business with them again. Matter of fact they came to me trying to get business. So lesson learned on my end. I can't handle rude people.
