I have used Ray Kampermann’s piano tuning and moving services for the past couple of years. He is truly gifted in his abilities in tuning and servicing pianos. I bought my Hailun grand piano from Ray’s gallery and have never been happier. I played other brand name grands in the gallery, but only the Hailun met my standards for sound quality , workmanship, key responsiveness and the fantastic price for such quality. Ray has fine tuned my Hailun piano to my specs and I enjoy the piano every day. I also take lessons at the gallery and appreciate the one stop experience from Waco Piano Gallery.

Waco Piano Gallery moved a piano for me, and I was MOST impressed with their gentle care. They treated my piano as if it were their own, and were very careful moving it into my home. I would certainly recommend this business.

I was quoted a price of $300 to move an upright piano 10 miles (straight through the back door and straight into my home over concrete, no stairs either way) and when I said it was going to be more than I thought the salesman rudely asked “well how much did you think it would be?†When I replied that I needed to talk about it with my wife he was very pushy and tried to get me scheduled anyways even though I said 3 times I would need to talk about it and call him back. The piano we’re looking at buying is an old piano so it may be that it really costs that much to move it even though it’s such a short distance. The price seems a bit high to me, but I would have appreciated if the employee explained why it would cost so much instead of counter with being pushy and a bit rude. Based on my interaction with this employee I’m going to look elsewhere.
