I felt welcomed walking into Smoot Anderson and was immediately helped by a gentleman who I didnt catch his name, but he took his time explaining to me and was helping me pick out parts to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. His kindness didnt go unnoticed, and I was really appreciative of his help. He was a stellar for making my whole fixing experience felt easier!

Okay, I had a faucet that was leaking from the stem whenever the water was turned on. Water was getting everywhere and my wife went from passive-aggressive to regular aggressive which was not good. So I called a plumber who came out then promptly ghosted me like a bad internet date. Dejected and hurt I decided I had to do this on my own. After consulting Google, YouTube, and Ouija I had no idea what part to get so I picked the place with the best reviews and off I went. I was promptly greeted by a guy having his second lunch and another guy with the most awesome 1940s film noir stache that Ive ever seen in person so I knew I was in the right place. After a CSI level of investigation they determined that the faucet was made for six months in 1986 by some East German company thats no longer in business but they could order a part that would work. Five days and fifteen minutes later my faucet is as good as (East German) new! If youre not that great with plumbing these guys will take care of you!
