I had an appointment Saturday at 10am for an estimate on a leaking roof. I had to call at 10:30 and ask what was going on, and was told he would be on his way shortly and be there in 20 min. Then I got another call that the roofer had to meet a lawyer... and would be another hour or so. So when he finally arrived at 2 he went on the roof and in attic and seemed like a nice enough guy. But he told me to call back Tuesday when we had guaranteed rain. So I did at 9am and he told me he would be there in an hour to an hour and a half. Long story short I called 3 more times that day and he kept saying he would be there in 30 min to an hour. So my day was wasted waiting on this guy named Oscar. I would not recommend just because of their punctuality.
