        Surfing is so awesome. Facility is amazing. Worst customer service though. I can never get a hold of anyone. Very poorly ran.

        Sadly my last experience wasn't that great. I guess they were closing down for the season and wanted to get everyone out. They were taking the floats for the lazy river starting around noon when they opened. It was weird. They also were running us out of the park right away at 6. Usually they aren't in a rush to get us out of there. I was disappointed. Also they advertised that the lazy river and royal flush slides would be open until Oct 3 and i planned a trip for my while family (my kids and their kids) based on that and then they closed the slides before we got there. It's a great place but not at the end of the season
