        Woke up to an 82° house this morning. My toddlers and I soaked with sweat and feeling miserable. I called magnolia appliance and left a message at 8:00am. It is now 9:20am and my unit is fixed and house is cooling. This is the 2nd time we have been rescued by this guy! Prices are fair and he is polite (even when being chased around by 50# puppy). I am grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate HVAC guy! Thank you guys!!!
