My review is 1 star until they fix the the defective vinyl floor that was installed. In the photo you can see that the floor is buckling where the pieces fit together.

Using Summers is a big gamble.
Everyone at Summers was SO great and helpful. They gave awesome advice, they were responsive and reasonable, and they were honest and forthcoming.
Until something went wrong.
Backstory:
They basically did all the flooring in my house. Hardwood, carpet, tile, backsplash, you name it. And they really were so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. But WITHIN A WEEK of the tile install, I noticed two problems. First, the installer installed tile that didn't match on my bathroom floor. It's VERY obvious. Second, the tile in the shower surround cracked within a week!
Okay, things happen. I can accept that not every job is perfect. So that week I call, and over the phone, they said they would get it taken care of at their cost. I was bummed, but I thought I was in good hands.
Here's the upsetting part that should give anyone pause before they consider hiring Summers for anything.
After calling and texting nearly every week for 10 months, they STILL haven't done anything about it!
I don't think they're TRYING to be dishonest. They either simply do not care about you if you have already written them a check, or they have the worst organizational abilities ever. By this point, I'm guessing it's both.
