I had to purchase a car battery and the gentleman that waited on me was so kind and helpful. He offered to install it which would have taken me several hours but he was only 30 minutes and had all the tools that I probably wouldnt have. Thank you to Luis! I appreciate all your help and kindness!

From the moment I came in the employee seemed bothered that he needed to help me. I told him I needed my battery checked and asked if they could install a new one if I needed it. He said I doubt it unless its the kind of car one of us here drives I told him it was a Volvo and he said no that was too specialized even though he hadnt even looked at where it was located. I asked him for help popping the hood ( yes Im a single woman and needed some help) he said he wouldnt know and stood there and watched me struggle with finding the pop up lever. He checked the battery and told me it was just fine and I needed a new starter. I asked if he was sure and if he could ask another employee opinion and he said I doubt he would know so I left thinking I needed a new starter which was very expensive and it was a holiday weekend. So instead of waiting to go to the dealer I went over to Auto Zone for a 2nd opinion and they confirmed it WAS the battery and replaced it for me at no charge. Not only was the employee completely unhelpful it he gave me bad info which if I had not gotten a 3nd opinion I would have been unable to drive my car for 2 more days waiting unnecessarily to take it to the dealership.
