Would recommend this company as they are very helpful and know what they are doing. Took my computer into Computer medik to as my computer was shutting down. The staff at computer medik helped so much and was able to get it fixed that same day as i was very stumped and was getting frustrated. I would Highly Suggest computer medik to all my friends and family.

I am a big time gamer on my computer. I play any game you can think of. I got a brand new computer for my birthday. From day one i had nothing but issues with it. Shutting down and locking up. So John came to my house and he figured the solution out in a few hours and only charged me for one hour. John was nice and polite the whole time. Thanks

I took my laptop to them to ask them some questions on why it was overheating and they were rude and acted like I was some moron who didn't know what a computer was and had no idea what rates they charge. Every time I've tried to talk to them they were inconsiderate and didn't even try to work with me. Would not recommend.

Took in computer for virus removal and broken screen. Other places had quoted me 150 dollars more for the same service. Staff was informative and even gave me a discount for paying with cash. Thank you!
