worst experience with “customer service” from the manager himself. There was a mistake with my order being that I didn’t get full 3 meals I payed for. when I called to let them know or ask what could be done since I couldn’t go back then, the manager was extremely rude said “he wasn’t doing anything over the phone so either I went back now or not” tried to explain to him I couldn’t only to be cut off mid sentence being interrupted to be told in such a ugly rude sarcastic way to either go back now or he “wasn’t” doing anything on the phone. Didn’t once even bother to let me finish speaking or have some sense or respect.

They should just bulldoze this location down. Worst Sonic ever. If waiting for 10+ minutes to have your order taken with nobody in line is what you crave, definitely waste your time here. The best part is your food will never be right. My dog could manage this store better and he doesn’t even have thumbs. I would rather pay double the price for a cherry limeade to make it myself inside their restaurant than to be “served” by the Centerville staff.

Piss poor service. I used to enjoy coming to this location because it was convenient and the service wasn't too bad. I don't know if they got new management or what, but today was horrible. I was waiting at the drive thru for over 10 minutes and never got answered. So then went to one of their pull up services and less than 30 seconds the person that was behind me in the drive thru got helped by someone who walked out and escorted them to the window. Then waited another 5 minutes at the pull up with no answer. Went into the actual building, waited another 5 minutes until someone finally acknowledged my existence to then tell me, "be with you when I can." I'm sorry, I waited 20 minutes for them to serve everyone else that came AFTER me? I just left, won't be coming back.
