This company scrapes data from public records to spam people with messages in their needlessly aggressive texting campaigns.
I have never reached out to this company or intentionally given them my contact info, yet I've been messaged and called several times by them asking if I'm interested in selling my home. I have never expressed interest in selling my home to this company or any other company, website, or real estate agency, so I'm not even an appropriate target audience for them.
Although I've asked to be taken off their list several times, they continue to regularly contact me, completely disregarding my requests.

They have texted me 4-5 times about buying my home. Everytime I say Im not interested but they continue to contact me. I dont know how they got my number and feel like they violate my privacy. Everytime I ask how they got my number they stop responding. Shady shady shady business.

We have bought and sold many homes over the years that we have used as our primary residence. We are relocating to South Texas and did not want to deal with a listing agent with people constantly going through our house and the low balling on the price that we need out of our home. Wade stopped by and after walking through our home he asked me how much do we need to get for our house. He agreed to it and offered a fast closing date which is what we needed. There were no fees and not once did his company try to lower the asking price like so many of the other cash buyers will do. Every that was said would be done was done.We closed on the date promised and have zero worries. This was all after we tried three other cash buyer companies that failed. I
highly recommend Premier Property Buyer!
