        I needed to drop off a trailer I had rented in Idaho. Not only did the employee helped me through the process of checking in the trailer but he offered to back it up and park it where it needed to go. I had expressed I didn’t feel confident backing it up and he was more than helpful about getting it done. Great service in my opinion!

        Worst place to get a UHaul. Showed up on time for pick up and no one was there. Had to wait 45 minutes in the cold. Then the process took about 2 hours only for me to get in the truck and have it not turn on. Don’t come here if you need to save time.
