    I have been a customer of this agency for almost 16 years. When the previous agent was in control I never had any problems since he is retired things have gone very bad. I spoke with Britney at the agency several times today to let her know that due to an auto refinance and the agency's lack of coverage for gap or a loan/lease coverage I was forced to change to another company she knew that my eft draft came out tomorrow for renewal and she knew that I was canceling. She did not tell me that I had to cancel early in order to prevent that draft from coming out because their office is based in Kansas. She led me to believe I had until the end of the day. In fact I have handle payment issues with this office in the past and never run into this issue so I was not aware that it was going to be a problem until I contacted them and they told me that they were going to go ahead and pull my money anyways, which is an unauthorized payment since they knew that I was canceling and then they were going to put me through the run around to try to get my policy cancelled after that. Basically they're effectively taking my renewal and forcing me to renew with them after they knew that I was not going to but the part that bothers me the most is how I was treated. I asked to be escalated to a manager and I was sent to Tanner Naylor. Tanner was very ignorant with me. I was not able to hear him well due to a bad connection on my phone when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me until he was able to look at my account. The reason he want to look at my account was to prove me as a liar stating that I have never had any payment changes made to my account in the last year. As he is in fact calling me a liar I'm looking at my bank statement that shows that I actually have had payment arrangements made in the last 2 months with farmers. Last time they called for me and did a one time stop payment. It was very helpful. This time they treated me like an idiot when I asked for them to do that again I once again asked for his name and he told me he had already given it to me 3 times, attacked my intelligence, and asked if I needed him to spell it out for me!! He then proceeded to ignorantly and loudly SPELL OUT HIS ENTIRE NAME FOR ME he then told me that any further contact had to be through him and I was not allowed to contact his staff, he then hung up on me! So basically they have taken my money, offered me a policy that I don't want, and then told me that I cannot contact them after ignorantly telling me off and calling me a liar and insulting my intelligence! Thieves! DO not go with this office save yourself the pain. I don't know if Tanner if Jeff's (the agents) son but he's too young and immature to handle people's problems. I was stressed yes, direct and assertive yes, but didn't deserve to be treated this way especially considering how my contact with the office earlier today was mishandled.

    Do not go with this Agent. All they care about is the numbers. His staff will start policies without your approval just to get numbers. I tried to cancel my policies and had to fight them before they would do it. Worst customer support ever!!!!!
