This place wins Best in American food in my book. My husband had the Spin Burger, I had the Chicken Milanese. Both dishes featured meat that tasted local and incredibly fresh. My husband's burger was juicy, and perfectly grilled. It tasted like a burger should taste. So tender, and juicy, beautifully seasoned. It came with curly fries, nicely spiced. The Chicken Milanese I had was pounded flat, breaded, and seasoned with exquisite care. Juicy and delicious. It was on a bed of fluffy rice. The chicken came with a beautiful salad which we split. The salad had home made avocado dressing, and jalapeño peppers that were hollowed out, the seeds removed, which provided a beautiful light spice balance to the milder chicken. I had a glass of white wine. My husband a beer. We had gelato for dessert, which can only be described as light perfection. Don't miss it. I had raspberry tiramisu gelato, my husband coconut chocolate chip gelato. We both ate each other's unsure who had the best gelato. I can't describe this dessert other than to say they put your favorite dessert into gelato. I can't explain it. It's just good. In short after eating here, it was clear that the food is made by someone who cares deeply about purchasing the finest ingredients, and crafting the most beautiful dinners. The Service was unexpectedly attentive and beautiful. Impeccable service. Including the young man who lit the candle. If you go to this place, you will feel like you are at your best friend's house, and they can't wait to show you the finest in hospitality. The atmosphere is warmed by a fireplace, and candlelight. Nice art on the wall. Very clean. It's warm and welcoming. We were so incredibly lucky to choose this beautiful restaurant for our dinner on the road! Make a reservation, it closes at 8pm.
