My mortgage company screwed up some paperwork and then started making threats. Mark helped us determine they were in a bad position, and were blowing hot air.

Mark Smedley IS a shyster and my review was deleted.  He was opposing council on a case that I was involved in and lost so call it sour apples if you want.  But I found him to be unreasonable, vindictive, emotional, rude and totally unprofessional.  At one point he called me personally (not my attorney) and threatened that he was goin to bring my f***ing world down on my head.  I wish I had recorded it because it went on from there.  It was one of the more memorable and totally surreal experiences I have ever had with an adult.  If he had a different recollection of the interaction I would love to hear it.  I feel that how an attorney handles him/ herself during a conflict is an important part of rating his professionalism.

Mark is absolutely the best. My husband and I have worked with Mark twice, and both times he went above and beyond to help us. He is very personable and genuine. He is also an absolute expert in his field. He answered our questions and gave us great insight. His assistant Tina is also top notch and great to work with. They are quite the team. I highly recommend Mark.
