Lon was very prompt in responding to me and following up with my insurance needs. I really feel like he looked for the plan that would save me the most money. He was very personable and explained what I would need to do clearly.
Update 2 years later: I still love this company, and I recommend all my friends when they need an insurance agent.

Well there I was in the insurance office sweating nervous because this is going to be a new insurance company for me so I didn't know what to expect my insurance agent was very professional polite kind mild manner and he gave me information that I would have never guessed in a million years and this information that he gave me help save me from getting into more trouble with the courts and tickets and fines ,I did have two misdemeanor tickets but I would have never guessed that that would be enough to have the courts pull my driving privilege but they did and they didn't let me know not my public pretender not the courts no email no heads up ,had I driven and got pulled over with my trailer they would have toed it I would have been arrested I would have gotten a fine I would have been put in jail but that information that my agent gave me I went straight to the DMV with it and my agent said that he couldn't see any reason why that the courts would take my license I went to the DMV and they concurred the same thing that they didn't see any reason on my driving record that would prompt them to revoke or suspend my license until my next court date I don't understand but I'm grateful to this insurance company for giving me that information and the rates are closer to what I wanted them to be from other companies in town so I want to say thank you to them and I look forward to doing business with you for as long as I can thank you again.
