I have twice approached the Madison Group for funding of commercial real estate projects, and have twice been put off by the attitude of Alicia. The first time when I arranged a call, she made it quite difficult to work out a phone call (I am a US citizen overseas on expat project). During the second encounter, I asked about a group of properties on adjacent parcels consisting of 12 units, including 5 duplexes priced at roughly $5M. Her response was a haughty "we don't do duplexes". She also asked me to my profile I had sent previously, as she haughtily replied "I don't keep those on file" (it was not sent securely).
The first time I could write off as a misunderstanding, but the second is just clearly terrible service attitude. Not someone I would want to work with for lending.

Excellent customer service and product line. Angela has a bevy of banks fighting for your deal. We have used them on several occasions and have always received excellent rates and terms.
