        They told us when we rented we could settle up at the end of the week(honor code) which days we did and didnt ski since we didnt have an exact plan- Rather than checking the skis in/out each day. Then told us at the end of the week when we brought the skis back that we couldnt be refunded for THAT DAY that we DID NOT SKI because it was after their 11:00am return policy. It was 11:50am. Zero organization or willingness to help the customer

        Not open at 8am as advertised. Would give them the benefit of the doubt if it hadnt happened to my group in January as well. Hadnt had this issue until this year.

        Located in the bottom of our condo vrbo, it was super convenient. Very friendly customer service and easy in and out.

        The quality of the ski rentals and the service we received were top notch. We reserved our equipment online and everything was waiting for us when we arrived. Our party of five was in/out within 10 minutes. The staff was the friendliest bunch I've ever encountered. Highly recommend!!
