A lot of times people look at surveys as an opportunity to attack a company for one person's doing or mistake at the business. Yes, maybe they did, but it doesn't mean the company is bad because of it. It only means an employee made a bad decision. Maybe they had a bad day. Maybe their job was overwhelming at the time. Maybe they were a bad example and should have done a better job. What ever the case may be, we all are human and make mistakes. If you had a bad experience, then call the owner or manager and let them resolve it for you. I guarantee they will. My experience with this company has always been good. They have always done a good job taking care of my RV needs. They have the best selection of RVs in town and they have good people working there. I would recommend them to anyone of my family members or friends.
