        The owner of the shop saved my bacon when I needed something quickly. I know he has worked on Saturday before in order to finish an order.

        Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and sent them the design.  I was told my item would be ready for pickup in 5 business days.  Called in a couple of days later to follow up and they sifted through their emails and said "Oops, looks like it got lost in the process.  We'll get that started right away." Called a week later to check the status of my order and they told me another 5 business days.  Tried calling them for the past 2.5 weeks and their phone number goes straight to voicemail.  I've left messages, emailed them and wrote them on FB messenger with no response still.  Very unreliable and unprofessional!
