They did so amazing!! He was able to get out a stain that has been annoyingly present for a couple of years. He was also able to get rid of smelly areas from pet accidents. He explained everything really well and was very patient with my many questions. I very much appreciate him. Definitely use this company. Shon is the man. We had to get our house on the market unexpectedly fast and needed the carpets treated as soon as possible. Shon was very professional and accommodating on the phone and was able to get us in quicker than other competitors in the area. He arrived in great time, keeping us updated on location. He was very sweet to offer to help finish blacking out the windows so we could get a good look with black lights (hint: black garbage bags use static to stick to the windows, no tape needed!). We had renters for a few years and there were years of pet stains on top of pet stains from them and previous home owners. There were over 70 invisible pet stains between the four rooms, which was mortifying, lol. He was very quick, efficient, and communicates extremely well. He was very generous with his quote considering the conditions and extremely fair. He told us upfront what it would be, how much time it was expected to take, asked our opinions, if we thought it was fair, and if we'd like to proceed with his recommendations. My husband was also very impressed with him and his demeanor, as well as good conversations we had. He's a great guy--very respectful, personable, and trustworthy. We also got to run errands while he did his thing, which was great. We've definitely found our forever carpet guy and will always recommend him to others. Thank you so much, Shon! P.S.
