I cant say enough good about this company! This is the second time that they have saved my hide by carrying my unique size of water heater. My basement flooded and ruined the last one they installed. Miracles persist and they had my specialized unit the same day! Fast installation. Clean work. And I really appreciate the compassion they showed to me, given my special situation. I was so grateful today when I reached out to Northridge plumbing and heating. My pilot light went out and he was able to walk me through the steps and help me get it lit myself! I will definitely program this company in my phone and reach out to them if I have issues again

WOW!!! Northridge left us speechless- absolutely PHENOMENAL work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality. Tyler and Brian did SO much work for both my parents and I- one of the largest being installing a tankless water heater in my basement, swapping out several showerheads, a sink faucet, installing an instahot, and repairing sink stoppers all in one day in less than 6 hours and every single thing was done PERFECTLY--- these guys are mind blowing efficient and mega pros!! Absolutely understand their craft and art to another level and very impressive. The first thing that stood out to me about Northridge is that they were super honest which apparently is kinda hard to come by these days. After obtaining 10+ quotes around the valley, it's pretty funny to recognize how so many of these plumbing companies try to scam you out of so much money on stuff you just don't need for the work you're trying to get done. Everything as ridic as laying out a red carpet at your doorstep and recommending a bunch of bells and whistles for 5xs the cost of the parts and labor needed to do the job. Yes, there were a couple of those in there. We had done our research previously on tankless systems and it was laughable that so many plumbers tried to quadruple quote for a system install. Tankless systems aren't a cheap installation, but they do need quality work, attention to detail on the current set-up in the home, and a good system without leaving you bankrupt. It's funny that a lot of people think their client's don't know much about plumbing (which is often true) so you run into a lot of scammers sometimes. For those who do their research, it's a surefire way of ensuring that people will never go to/or recommend the plumbers who are 4x charging for tankless installs. Tyler provided a very honest quote from the beginning without trying to sell us a bunch of stuff that we didn't need for our tankless but still included the essentials but offered options. Most importantly, he was transparent about if they were needs or wants and was honest the entire time. About 3/10 of the quotes I obtained were fair, they were all very close in price but Tyler stood out in professionalism, communication, and honesty, my husband and I felt like he had our back and we felt the best gut feeling about having him do the job- he gave us the best "trust vibes :)". During an incredibly difficult time in our lives, Tyler and Brian did an impressive job at helping us to complete the projects and making my life easier by being consistently communicative while both myself and my family were juggling a lot. He was flexible in timing, ran between my house and my parents on the same day, and just really bent over backwards for us to get it all done. I recommend him and Northridge to anyone looking for a tankless water heater or overall just an honest, fair, and good human being if you need plumbing work, him and Brian are two of the kindest and fun guys to have come work on your house and most importantly, they have our business for life. You're not going to find a better plumber in the valley to do the job- trust me, I've done ALL the research and got all the quotes :). Service: Water heater installation

This was my first ever interaction with Northridge Plumbing and Heating. After this experience with them, they will always be the first ones I call. Absolutely above and beyond service. All my interactions with Brian and Tyler were great. I felt valued, listened to and my expectations were exceeded. Hard working, honest, and a very do what's right for the customer attitude. If you are looking for honest, top quality plumbing that is a good fair price, then search no further, Northridge plumbing will be your go to plumber from here on out! I got a water softener and carbon/sediment filter installed with them unhooking and hauling away the old one. I bought the system elsewhere, though you could also buy through Northridge's suppliers too. I received several bids for this job, but Northridge was the best price and I couldn't be happier with the final product and excellent service from both Tyler and Kevin! End your search, book these guys and you will never regret it!
