Overall the service was great, and the clothes were ready when expected. My only complaint is that it seamed a little pricey, but this was my first experience getting dry cleaning done in UT. Will definitely use them again.

I love that they have a drive through. It makes dropping off and picking up stuff very convenient! ve had them dry clean 2 suits. Both were done before 2 business days.

I'm really disappointed with the ending to my first visit to this location. I don't usually use dry cleaning services, but I bought a dress for a formal high school dance. It came quite wrinkled from the store, so I wanted it looking nice for the dance for my kiddo. I called in advance to get an approximate quote and time frame. The owner gave me a $18-$37 quote and told me he could have it ready by Friday (before the dance),if I dropped it off the same day we talked. I was fine with that, as he needed to see the dress before giving a determined quote. I showed up and was told it was a week waiting time for the dress. I explained my conversation with a man in the morning and the girl that was helping me stated he was the owner (also her dad), so she would do it for me. I asked for the final quote, now that they had the dress look at. She had to call, as she stated he is the one to decide the final prices charged. He told her it was the higher cost ($37), but if I still wanted it by Friday, there was an extra $10 rush charge. When I called in the morning, that added fee was never mentioned or I wouldn't have waited my time driving there. First of all, to pay $50+ out the door to have a clean and new dress unwrinkled is over priced. Second issue is, why was I not told that when I called and asked about pricing? I didn't ask for Friday. That is the day I was told it would be ready by and it fit within the window I needed, so I was going to do it. The owner and his daughter were both nice when talking to them. However, I did not appreciate the wasted time the owner cost me, him adding unexpected fees that were never discussed and now he's caused me to have less time to actually get the dress situated before the dance. I will not be returning to this location if I'm ever in need.

When it comes to dry cleaning, you want a place that you can trust to take care of your clothes properly. Unfortunately, this particular dry cleaner has consistently failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality and customer service.
Not only did they fail to properly clean your clothes, but they also returned them with a strong chemical odor that lingers on your cashmere sweaters. This is not only unpleasant but could also be harmful to your health.
To make matters worse, the staff at this dry cleaner appear to be disinterested in their work and lack the professionalism necessary to provide a good customer experience. Handing over your clothes to people who don't care about them is a risk that no one should take.
In short, if you value your clothes and want them to be treated with the care and attention they deserve, stay away from this dry cleaner. Don't waste your time, money, and energy on a place that doesn't deliver on its promises. Look for a reputable dry cleaner that takes pride in its work and puts its customers first.
