I have had two children visit Dr. Michael Wilkinson regarding both jaw alignment and implants, and I have been extremely impressed with his bedside manner. He is very respectful and takes time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer all of my questions. I have not experienced this level of care with many doctors. I have great confidence in his knowledge and skills. He has done excellent work for our family.

Michael Wilkinson and his staff were amazing to work with. I was very apprehensive about getting my wisdom teeth out, but they made sure to take care of me at an affordable price. They took the time to reach out to me to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend their service to anyone that is in need.

Worst experience I’ve had in my entire life. I got a dry socket after wisdom teeth extraction. Called the office and Jennifer was the one helping me. Never experienced worse customer service. I had never taken an opioid before. But it wasn’t working for me (exposed nerve.. dry socket). She immediately said she couldn’t prescribe anything stronger like I was some sort of addict. I told her I didn’t need anything stronger I just needed help. She again told me she would not be prescribing me pain meds. I again told her I wasn’t looking for drugs. I was just 10 on the pain scale and asked if there was something else I could do because i had taken two hydrocodone and has zero relief. She continued to tell me to just take antibiotics and brush and i would be fine. She told me to call another doctor (after I had paid $1629 out of pocket and was told all follow up apts if needed would be covered). I was like, no. I paid. If this is a dry socket then I would like that follow up appointment. I asked to speak with someone else which she refused. Told me to get another dentist. I left two voicemails. Both of which were never returned. I’m assuming she was in charge of that. I never was able to get ahold of the office and get help with my dry socket from them. I worked with Dr. Michael Wilkinson, the son. He did an awesome job. Great bedside manner, helped take my mind off of the shot. His staff and nurses were superb the day of. I did wait in the waiting room for about 35 minutes after I got there. But that doesn’t bother me. I realize previous apts can run longer than expected. — But because of thee worst customer service experience and a woman who refused to help me when I’ve never been in so much pain. Even though I DESERVED their help because I was promised and I paid a ton of money for it. I have to give my overall experience a one star.

I'm not exaggerating in the slightest - getting my wisdom teeth out by Dr. Wilkinson was one of the smoothest experiences of my life. I have heard horror stories of people getting their wisdom teeth out, but it was such a great experience. I'm now on my third day and I have not been in any pain. Other than some puffy cheeks, I'm doing awesome. Thank you Dr. Wilkinson for being great at what you do.
