$521 for 2 nights, TV and netflix not working engineer got bored and left, girl on desk was new and was no help, finally got a full refund and moved to the Hoo Doo by hilton, same town much better hotel same price buyer always check the opposition

What a charming little hotel, just a quick 5-minute drive from the stunning Arches National Park! When we stayed, they were doing some renovations, so there were a few scaffolds outside that partially obstructed our view of the breathtaking scenery. It was a bit disappointing, but fortunately, our room still had a lovely view. Speaking of the room, it was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff members were incredibly friendly and provided us with fantastic recommendations for dining and local activities. And the best part? Breakfast was included, and it was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for convenient accommodation near Arches National Park, this hotel is just perfect!

This is the outskirts of town. Just before you get into actual Moab. So if you want to be close to everything, this isn't ideal, however, it does have the best pools and hot tubs. 2 pools and 4 hot tubs that are shared with the conjoined hotel. The whole place was pretty clean, pools and hot tubs included. Our room was your basic double queen. The drain in our tub was DISGUSTING and clogged. So that was pretty gross, but overall, clean. The workout area was pretty hilarious. My kids and I are big workout fanatics, so we went every night. Unfortunately for everyone else, it was only big enough for the 3 of us. So everyone else had to come back later. There are 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 bench for free weights with 2 yoga mats. All crammed in a baby sized area with a weight scale and a tank of warm water.
There was a ping pong table and a basketball court right outside our window also.
The day desk person was very kind and pleasant. The older woman that worked in the evenings seemed like she hated her job and wasn't quite as friendly.
The breakfast on the weekend was pretty blah... but on Monday morning they had a lot more options.
I probably wouldn't stay here again for these prices... I travel through Moab a lot and I know I can stay other places that are better for less.

My recent experience at this property was beyond disappointingit was downright appalling. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with rude and dismissive customer service that bordered on outright hostility. It was abundantly clear that the staff had no interest in ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
But the depths of their disrespect truly became evident when a male staff member attempted to enter the female restroom while I was inside. His brazen disregard for privacy and decency left me feeling violated and unsafe. It's incomprehensible that such behavior would occur in a supposedly professional environment.
As if that weren't enough, when I attempted to voice my concerns about these incidents in a review, I was met with threats from one specific hotel staff member, Pam, that said she can see and would delete my comments. Her snarky and unprofessional response only served to further highlight their complete lack of respect for guest feedback and satisfaction.
In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend staying here to anyone. The combination of rude and racist customer service, flagrant violations of privacy, and attempts to suppress guest feedback make it a place to be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodation elsewhere.
