John came out and met with us to find out what we wanted to do. After we agreed to go forward their process was to build it out then spray paint waterfalls, streams and other features we wanted. We could get it exactly how we wanted it. They were flexible with us and allowed us to get it exactly how we wanted it. The quality, color and look of the rocks is better than anyone else. The water runs off the rocks just right. The ability to customize is better than anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality water feature.
