Customer service is embarrassing. They had a driver quit for my area. And instead of temporarily suspending services until said driver was replaced. They instead cancelled and closed my account. Why anyone would drop loyal paying customers befuddles me. When i called them the gentleman on the phone said, " you can't just find new drivers" . I told him yes you can, thats ridiculous to cancel an account for that reason.

First, I worked for this company. I know a plethora of information about this company's products and history. These products are severely overpriced. The "farm fresh" stigma is not what its label states. In fact, they used to buy their products from Gossnar Dairy and then relabel them as Winder. Only the Milk, Bread, and Butter is actually Winder. In the summer of 2006, a cleaner sollution was contaminating the milks taste significantly. Multitudes of customers were complaining and cancelling service. This plants management Brian and Brandon did nothing to stand up for their customers. Infact....due to extreme revenue loss...the go back driver was terminated. (the person who replaced all the bad tasting milk....with more bad tasting milk lol.) Then 2 drivers were terminated. Their routes were added with the tinest product incentives to exsisting routes....putting drivers out for 10 hours a night. Then....couple the fact drivers now had to go back and replace product FOR FREE! "Route Management." Brandon Hamblin stated. Supported fully by Brian Hartle and Mike Winder. Bottom line. Extremley over priced. Not farm fresh. Not practicle for utah. Most farmers treat milk for hormones as of 2012. Dont believe the hype.

Beware that you are agreeing to 40 deliveries if you sign up with a deal I don't see anywhere where it says that. Wish ii would have listened to the reviews. Also, I did a blind taste test with the $2 milk at the grocery store for my husband who loves milk and he actually preferred the $2/gallon milk. Disappointing when you are paying 4 x the price from Winder.
