I moved in 4 months ago and I love this place. My apartment has more space than my previous apartment and it's cheaper as well. The staff is awesome and friendly. I love the security and the location. My cat even loves it here. The patrons who frequent the bar are quite noisy. Soft music or an affirmation meditation can cover that up.

Rude and unprofessional. Just left my studio apt and cleaned it top to bottom. They still ended up charging a $100 for cleaning out of my deposit.
4-4-2024 edit.
I would like my $100 back! But its been 4 years I doubt anything will get done.

We haven't officially lived here, but Me, my Girlfriend and our Child were trying to find an apartment to get into, since January, because our lease at our old place was getting too expensive, and the lease was ending finally. We stumbled upon this place because of the low income housing. We had everything ready for them, all the paperwork, and paystubs, to get into the place. We even "reserved" our spot and put $400 down deposit. They told us it could be about a couple weeks before they get back to us if we got the apartment or not. Well 4 weeks went by and we still didn't get a response and it was getting close to our lease, so we called them and they finally tell us that we didn't get the apartment because we made too much money. Which is insane because both our jobs suck.
Well our lease is now up at our place, and we couldn't find a place in time, so now we are bumming it on a relatives couch til we find a new place. Thanks Imagine Jefferson for screwing us!
