      image Called in and tried multiple times to get a quote but the employees there just want to transfer you to a robot to collect personal information. All the info you give them is disclosed to 3rd party service which means you will probably get a bunch of calls after they sell your information. Poor experience, customer service was not it.

      image Geico is a despicable company. Everyone who works for them should be ashamed of themselves for supporting a scam. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Geico thanks do one of their idiot customers slamming into to me. The repair process has taken months and the quality is horrific. No one at this company could care less that I'm getting completely screwed over by no fault of my own. Absolutely disgusting.

      image Very bad experience... I came to make some changes to my Insurance, and to my surprise they asked me to do it online... they are not allowed to make any changes. SO... why do they even exist???
