        Mike the owner and his helper came out and stretched my badly puckered living room carpet. Mike did a fantastic job on the stretching--it's perfectly flat now. I was so pleased, and then Mike said they could steam clean my whole condo right then and there, so I let them go to town, and in about 30 minutes they were done. My carpet is low-end and 9 years old, but now it looks and feels almost as good as new. I really couldn't be happier with Ideal Carpet Cleaning LLC!
