This company is nothing but fraudulent. Every company that they send out to fix my upholstery has made the problem even worse. Perma plate and used degreaser. Have had a claim in since May 2020 and still no response even though I was told they would be replacing the seat upholstery. Call weekly to be told they are working on this. When asking for the upper management to call me I am told that they don’t handle claim work. Don’t waste your money. Nothing good about this company.

Worst experience! I tried contacting them when I had a crack in my windshield. The person I chatted with said a representative would be reaching out. No one ever did. I wait about a month to get a response and when I didn’t get one I called them. They told me my claim was denied because I wasn’t within the 14 day timeframe. I tried explaining that I was waiting for a response from them for a month. Instead they blew me off so they could deny my claim. Worst service I’ve had.

Made a claim 7/20 to get my clear coat fixed. They told me 3-4 days to process the claim. I am still waiting and September is tomorrow, every time I call they say the dealership wont pick up the phone and they leave a voicemail. I called the dealership today and they picked up on the first ring, said they have never heard from Siskin. I think they are waiting for my warranty to expire and then back out of responsibility.
