Cathy Murphy. If she answers the phone for you hang up. She shouldnt be answering the phone for any business much less one where customers need to go into detail about what they want done to their car. I asked about a specific paint code I wanted the wrap to be, and was asked why dont you get it painted then. What kind of salesperson suggests the customer do the opposite of what their business does? Shes rude, she doesnt listen, and shell blame any mistakes she makes on you. She cant listen long enough to get your correct email address and when she finally does get it, shell say you didnt say it correctly the first time. I was happy to work with Queen Of Wraps, but Cathy Murphy single handedly lost a customer.
