When a pipe under my basement floor broke I called my agent, Brian Stotler. That was all I had to do and he had people at my house that day. It is all fixed and I am so glad that Farmers took care of me. I had plumbing insurance so everything was covered but my deductable.

I have been paying insurance for years and have come across hoops and challenges to receive any compensation for a claim. No mater how small. I unfortunately had to use my Farmers policy this afternoon. Brian Stotler was over the top with customer relations. He had a bad situation resolved with a phone call. He is good at what he does and truly has the best interest out for his clients.
