Jessen Oral Surgery

Let me be 100% honest. I did not expect to have to have to get this one wisdom tooth removed and once the pain came I was super panicked, as a 20 year old college student I was panicking on recovery time, getting it out as soon as possible, and the amount of pain I was in. I couldn't talk, eat well, or even smile without feeling an immense amount of pain. So I called a bunch of Orthodontists in my area to try to get it out ASAP all of them could not get me in until around a WEEK later and this is already dealing with a week of pain as it is! Once I called Jessen they got me in TWO DAYS LATER! When I came in they were very efficient, nice, courteous and Jessen was very calming and warned me when there was pressure. I would absolutely come here again!

I was so impressed with Dr. Jessen and his team. I needed an urgent wisdom tooth removal and they were able to get me in fairly quickly (2-3 days vs 2-3 weeks at some of the other offices). He removed three of my wisdom teeth and I was at his office for just under 45 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I was out the door. The staff there were so kind as well!

I had all four my wisdom tooth’s removed including a impacted wisdom tooth earlier today 3/10/2021. We arrived 10 mins before appointment time, called in and got checked in over the phone. Moments later a sweet and friendly young lady came out and greeted me at my car got had me get all checked in inside the office. I wish I could’ve remembered her name, she was awesome! She reassured me that everything was going to be fine, and went over the after care steps with my husband and I. Dr.Jessen and his team took great care of me. I was nervous, scared about going under Anesthesia and it wasn’t as bad as I kept imagining before the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Jessen and his team! They are the best in town.

Very busy clinic and you’re just another referral they want to get in and out as soon as possible. Very poor post op experience by Dr. Jessen himself specifically with pain management decisions resulting in multiple calls and trips back to the clinic. I just seemed like a nuisance to him and the office for having to come back twice in a day because I was still in pain a week after having wisdom teeth removed.
