Customer service nightmare!! Owner screams and swears at you. I drove the hour to get a part they said they had in stock. Come to find out they didn’t. After a week I drove the hour to pick up the part they ordered. It was the wrong part. The owner tried and failed to explain over the phone the problem. He listened to nothing and assumed it was everyone else’s fault. I found the right part locally and it worked perfectly. They refuse to refund my money. They even have the part back. I called to listen to the owner tell me I’m a liar. Complain about the pandemic. Blaming everything on it. And swearing at me. Do not use this company! At least use someone that can be an adult about an issue.

Sold me the wrong part even when I gave detailed information about model of tractor and part I needed. That's understandable, I guess. But when I went to return the part, the employee insisted the part was the correct one. Even after I showed him pictures displaying the impossibility of fitting the part he sold me on the tractor I was repairing, he insisted the part was the right one and wouldn't work with me to find the part I needed. Edit: Thanks for responding. I was able to find the correct size bushing to purchase online.
