Don't bother calling this place if you need hot tub repair and didn't purchase from them. They let me wait for three days before telling me they don't work on hot tubs not bought from them. Would have been nice to know from the first phone call. Guess we won't be referring our friends who are in the market for a new tub. Made the decision making process easy for all of us.

I had some pretty major hot tub problems - first with the plumbing and then with the pump, both within a day or two. The service team were just terrific! They were extremely helpful in providing the right parts, giving me extremely relevent and sound advice, and assisting me in sorting out my problems. So good to have access to such a good, friendly, helpful, interested, and totally professional team of experts. I've used other spa/hot tub service companies in the past - they've got nothing on the team at Take A Break. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10!

I had a pump rebuilt here and they had it back same day.
