These guys were great. My check engine light was on. Rather than just charging me for a bunch of work that maybe wasnt required they were willing to do some research on the problem and perform a troubleshooting solution first. This still took their time to do so, but they didnt charge me. Told me it was their pleasure to help and to just bring it back if the problem wasn't solved and re-occurs and theyd then delve into it further. I offered to pay as I realized this still took their time & effort and they insisted that there was no charge & that they hoped this solved the problem. These are just solid business & costumer service practices, which sometimes are harder & harder to find these days. The automotive repair industry sometimes has a bad stigma for doing work or charging for work that maybe doesnt always need to be done, making consumers weary. I want to recognize these guys for doing good business and being good people. As a result, theyve earned by business. Theyll be where I go every time from here on forward. Any business can take someones money once, thats easy. But good businesses take the extra steps to earn a customer who will come back over and over again & tell their friends. And thats what these guys did for me today.

Ive come into their shop three times now for different issues with my car from catalytic converter to traction control system. Theyve been able to fix the issues in a timely manner that lasts.

I just had to give this mechanic shop a review. I freaking love this shop!! The owner could not be a nicer guy. They have helped my out of a couple of binds. The first time I got a flat tire in 107 heat and was out trying to fix it, when I started feeling nauseous, and thought I better just get this to a mechanic with the heat how it was. The closest shop to me, turned me away. I went to Point S and the owner miraculous fit my car in to be serviced. Another guy that same day walked in, his air conditioning broke. He was heading down to St. George, and really struggling with the heat, and it was only going to get worse heading down there. The owner was willing to fit this gentleman's car in too. I was SO impressed. I know they can't always do that, but the owner said they definitely do whatever they can when they are able too. Again I was just so impressed he was willing to help us without an appointment, most shops would just turn you away, regardless of the circumstances. The second time I took my car in was for an oil light, that came on. I had an oil change at jiffy lube recently, and thought it had to be something wrong with the oil they put in it. When I got to Point S, they checked it out, and I literally had NO oil in my car. So yeah I won't be going to Jiffy Lube again needless to say. And then today I was having trouble with the right terminal on my battery. It kept popping up and I had to push it down for my car to start. I made an appointment for tomorrow morning, but called and asked if I could drop it in tonight before a big storm, so they would just already have it for the morning, and I wouldn't have to fight to roads. They fit me in tonight instead. I was in total shock. They replaced the bad terminal, and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. If you are in Spanish Fork, and need a great mechanic, Point S is the place. I trust these guys, I am so grateful for the whole team at Point S, they are always SO friendly, professional, effecient, and honest.

5 stars. I was told by another company that my engine was blown and he tried to buy my car. I was told by a second company that the price to fix it would be almost double what point S charged me and they couldn't get it done for a week. Called point S and the guys there got it done a day earlier than they thought they would and I saved a bunch of money. Thanks again. Now I can continue on my journey from Texas to Idaho! Y'all are awesome. Thanks again!
