The pottery that Joe produces is far superior because of his craft as an artist. We have a number of his products and every time I have grab a dish or mug at home, I smile and take a minute to notice the time and the unique characteristics Joe put into producing heirloom products.

My visits to Spring City and Horeshoe Mountain Pottery always stand out as Joseph Bennion is a master potter making works of art you could use purely as decorative pieces throughout your home, but they are intended for daily use. As one of the last to use an antique wood fired kiln his artistic process is time honored and spiritual from beginning to end which comes forth in every handcrafted work of art he creates. Ask about the symbol found on each pot, cup, bowl, plate, etc. Make a trip down to beautiful Spring City and stop in Horseshoe Mountain Pottery and get yourself some exquisite art you can eat and drink with and support all the local artists, you'll be glad you did.
